We're excited to share some important news about our platform that will enhance your experience as a valued member of Triaba.   Platform Migration Announcement   In our ongoing effort to provide you with the best possible experience, we are migrating to a new and improved platform.  This transition is part of our commitment to delivering a more user-friendly interface, higher incentives and more better quality surveys.   New Features: Expect an improved dashboard, easier navigation, and enhanced survey participation options. We believe these updates will make your experience more enjoyable and rewarding.    The migration will be made in a couple of days.

Please be sure that your spam filter allows emails coming from rewards@reward.tremendous.com to ensure emails from Tremendous do not get labeled as junk or spam. If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder in the event it was mistakenly routed to that folder.

OpinionAPP will be deactivated on 17 April 2024

Cint is no longer supporting OpinonAPP and will shut down access to the app on 17 April 2024. 

We understand that mobile access to surveys is a popular channel for panelists. Going forward, panelists must log directly into the mobile friendly, browser-based Panelist Portal associated with Triaba using existing credentials. 

PayPal - redemption link via Tremendous

Incentive payments made directly to panelists’ PayPal accounts from Cint.  

After a panelist initiates an incentive payment request, they will now receive a redemption link via Tremendous. Panelists will use this link to complete their PayPal request on the Tremendous platform. 

Cint will now be absorbing the PayPal fees on behalf panelists which requires us to  adjust the minimum amount required before a payout can be requested. For example in USD, the PayPal threshold will increase from $10.00 USD to $12.50 USD. The increase will vary depending on the country/currency. 

We are currently implementing this change on a country-by-country basis and expect the change to be complete across all regions by the end of February.
