SOLVED - PayPal problem

Some members still wonders when the PayPal problem will be solved. The problem were solved December 9th.

Some member will experience a delay in the payouts for a limited time. Cint have informed us that:

"Payments are processing, however, due to a high surge in the number of transactions we have received, the processing time has unfortunately been slower than normal.

Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to get the payments processed, once we are through this surge, the processing time will return to the normal 1-4 business days for future transactions.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this delay may be causing you."

ENDED - Beanstalk mums competition - Australia

In April 2021 Triaba started to work together with Beanstalkmums in Australia to get more members "down under". To attract new members we launched following competiton: 

 New members from Beanstalk in 2021 who have answered at least 1 survey, can win in total 1000 AUD. In August we will have 1 winner, in October 1 winner and in December 8 winners of 100 AUD. All payments will be sent by PayPal. 

 Only two persons signed up for our competition and they have now been rewarded with 200 AUD each.

SOLVED - PayPal Temporarily Unavailable

09.12.2021: The problem with PayPal have now been solved. If you have an "Failed" payment, send an email to membersupport@cint.com and inform them about the failed payment. Cint have informed us that PayPal payments are temporarily unavailable. Cint writes "We regret to inform you that PayPal payments are temporarily unavailable, we will provide more information as soon as possible. In the meantime, we will be returning points from pending PayPal transactions to panelist accounts, they can then either choose another payment option available to them or wait until PayPal is fixed". If you do not want to order a gift voucher, wait until the problem is fixed. /Triaba
